Ushers serve the body within the Worship Center Auditorium. These individuals offer assistance in finding a seat, maintain traffic flow in the auditorium, and distribute communion during the service.
Volunteers are stationed at all main entrances to the Worship Center and high traffic areas on campus. Greeters welcome attenders and distribute Sunday bulletins.
HOST TEAM GREETER
The Host Team is made up of the following positions:
• Outside Hosts are stationed near the first-time families and guest parking areas to serve the needs of those first-time visitors. The host is responsible to direct first-time visitors to the designated parking area and to the location of the nearest Campus Host.
• Campus Hosts are responsible for providing a personal escort to the first-time families/guests. They will give guided tours to these visitors from the Worship Center all around the campus.
• Information Hosts are volunteers who are ready to serve the congregation with informational help. Located in the Worship Center lobby at the Information Desk, they assist the congregation with information about campus events, building and room locations, and general inquiries.
The Communion Preparation Team provides set-up, replenishment, and clean-up of communion trays and elements for each designated service on Sunday.
